I cannot install the game on my Device, Help!
The game may not be available on your device; Google Play store will not allow you to download apps that are not available on your device. If you think that the game should be available on your device, please email our support team at friendlyfire.support@redrobotlabs.com letting us know what device you are using and the problem you are having.

The Game will not load on my Device, what should I do?
If the game fails to load please try force quitting the game, and rebooting the game. If this does not work, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the game on your device. If these solutions do not work, please email friendlyfire.support@redrobotlabs.com letting us know what device you are using and the problem you are having.

Can I play my game on another Device?
Yes! The game uses a Username and Password system, so all you have to do is log in to your account on another device.

Can I relocate my Base?
Base relocation is not available yet, but may become an option in the future.

How do I upgrade my buildings?
Upgrading your buildings is simple, you just have to tap the building in your base that you wish to upgrade and then hit the upgrade button, as long as you have enough resources and a builder tank available to perform the upgrade you will be able to upgrade that building.

How do I collect Oil and Metal?
When you have built an Oil Well and Metal Mine they will automatically start collecting those resources! An icon representing the resource will appear above the Oil Well or Metal Mine when there is resources ready to collect, simply tap that icon and the Metal or Oil will go into your stores ready to be spent.

Can I reset my account and start again from the beginning?
No, unfortunately you currently cannot reset your account. However, you can always create a new account using a new username.

What’s the Shield for and how do I use it?
Shield’s stop you from being attacked by other players, when you are successfully attacked you will gain a shield for the next 8 hours. You can also buy a shield with gems if you want to have an extended time where you are not able to be attacked.

What are Powerups and how do I use them?
Powerups are purchased in a powerup lab, they allow you to buy powerups that will boost certain aspects of the game, for example farm rate, or tank damage. Powerups vary in duration and how much of a boost they provide. Powerups can be upgraded and the duration extended at additional cost. Only one powerup is available per powerup lab at a time.

How do I give my units orders in battle?
To give your units orders in battle, you just have to touch the unit you want to give orders, and then drag your finger to where you want that unit to go. If you drag your finger along roads you can define the route the unit will take, if you just drag to a location the unit will take the shortest route to its destination. To get your units to attack other units or buildings, simply drag from your unit to the building or unit you wish to attack.

Where did my units go after a battle?
Any units you use in the battle will be expended during that battle regardless of whether they are destroyed or not. Be mindful of how many units you use in a fight, as you will not get anything you put into a battle back afterwards. This is a big part of the strategy of the game!

What are Medals and what are they for?
Besides being nice and shiny, medals are what your leaderboard position is based on. The more medals you have, the higher you are up the leaderboard, both in your local area and worldwide.

I have a problem with a Gem purchase. What can I do?
If you have had a problem purchasing gems, or receiving them after a purchase, please email our support team at friendlyfire.support@redrobotlabs.com letting us know what device you are using and the problem you are having.

Can I change my username?
Unfortunately we do not currently allow you to change your username, so make sure you pick one you like!

The server is down, what can I do?
If the server is down, it is most likely that we are performing some sort of maintenance and it will be back up soon. If you are really stuck for something to do, why not check out some of the other games released by Red Robot, they are equally as awesome as Friendly Fire!

I lost/no longer own my device. What can I do?
While we can’t help you find your device. When you get a new device, you will be able to use your login details to play on that device too. Just download the game again and continue playing.
